Chicken Tikka Masala is the UK’s most popular dish, but how would you like to learn to cook it properly for yourself? Our Chef, the award-winning Kuldeep Singh, will not only tell you the secrets of how to prepare the perfect Chicken Tikka Masala but he’ll also show you how to make two exquisite two side dishes that will really make a meal of it. No previous experience is necessary.

Book Look Cook Indian Cookery Classes in Epsom Surrey LondonChicken Tikka Preparation – Our Chef will demonstrate how to marinate and cook Chicken Tikka, a method of cooking meat of Punjabi origin. He will also instruct you on the preparation of the spices and the specific steps involved in preparing meat in this way.

Masala Sauce – Making the perfect sauce for Chicken Tikka Masala is as important as preparing the meat. Our Chef guides you through the all the stages from buying and preparing your spices to cooking the sauce.

Cooking Mushroom Makai Palak (mushroom, corn and spinach) – Our Chef’s special recipe for a dish combines the sweetness of corn with spinach and mushrooms to create a harmonious balance of flavours to complement your main meal.

Chana Aloo Masala (chickpea and potato) – Our Chef will show you how to make this simple side-dish that graces many Indian dining tables all across the sub-continent.
